Scandinavian Capitals

Our Scandinavia Capitals tour offers 3 great city breaks in one exciting holiday. Oslo, the capital of Norway, is located in southern Norway, close to the Swedish border. Stockholm is the gateway to the Baltic Sea through a stunning archipelago of some 24,000 islands and Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is part of the Öresund region and connected to the rest of Scandinvia by the impressive Öresund Bridge.

Itinerary
Day 1 to 3 - Oslo, Norway

Hotel Royal Christiania is situated just 100m from the Central Station in Oslo and is close to the major shopping and entertainment districts and all the major tourist attractions are within easy reach. The water front is less than 10mins walk away. The history of Oslo dates back to 1000AD and can be found in Gamlebyen (Old Town). The Viking Ship museum houses the world's two best-preserved wooden Viking ships built in the 9th century. As a Scandinavian city it will come as no surprise that architecture and design feature heavily and the The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design is arguably the best place to start!

Day 3 to 6 - Stockholm, Sweden

With activities to suit all tastes you’ll never struggle to find something to keep you occupied in Stockholm. Whether it’s a walk through Gamla Stan, a boat trip through the ever impressive archipelago or a visit to the world famous Vasa Museum, Stockholm has it all. Once again the Stockholm Card is included in this holiday, offering free public transport on trains, busses and underground network. It also includes entrance to over 75 museums and attractions plus unlimited travel on the Stockholm harbour passenger ferry. You will be accommodated in the hotel of your choice from our selection of hotels in Stockholm, all of which are within easy reach of many of Stockholm's star attractions.

Day 6 to 8 - Copenhagen, Denmark

Ideally located close to the cultural heart of Copenhagen and close to the harbour, the Clarion Collection Hotel Neptun is a charming, 250yr old, boutique-style hotel. On the 6th floor you will find a cosy roof terrace.
The city of Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark and the country's largest city. Many festivals and events take place during the year, including the popular Copenhagen Jazz Festival, held during the summer. To enjoy some free entertainment, visit Europe's longest pedestrian shopping street, Stroget. In the evenings you can enjoy musicians, magicians, jugglers and other street performers.
