Northern Lights Holidays
During the winter Lapland is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Decorated with a coat of pure white snow, icicles and ice glisten in the trees, the Northern Lights shimmer above and husky sleds glide silently over frozen lakes and through dense forests. Lapland - Europe's last wilderness.
In January you can expect temperatures to average a cool -15C. Don't worry about the cold (if you are dressed correctly you won't even notice it!), it just makes the scenery more stunning. This is why many of our Lapland holidays include warm outer clothing. During the deep winter months there is a brilliant blue glow to the sky as the low lying sun skims across the horizon. Travel to Lapland for amazing winter holidays between December and mid-April.
ICE HOTEL & Wilderness Log Cabin
This is one of our most popular holidays in search of the Northern Lights. The overnight wilderness log cabins are away from artificial light and you can sit in a hot tub staring at the starry night sky and with any luck, the northern lights. From this photo you can also see that the Northern Lights are possible at ICE HOTEL!... ICE HOTEL & wildness log cabin >>
