Log Cabin Rental Information
Arrival
Most cottages rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Arrival and length of stay flexibility can be offered at some locations. Arrival is usually in the afternoon. You will always be notified of your check in times prior to arrival in Sweden. Any problems must be reported directly to the land lord on arrival.
Departure
You must vacate the property by the time stated on your travel documents. You must also leave the house in the same state you found it, including cleaning the property. The final clean can often be arranged at an additional cost and this information will be supplied on your travel documents.
During your stay
Should any damage occur to the property, however caused, during your stay you must report this immediately.
Linen
Linen is not provided as standard in most log cabins within Sweden. Please read the information carefully. If linen can be arranged at an additional cost, it will be mentioned. You may have to proceed part way through the booking to find this information.
Final Clean
Unless specified it is the out going guests responsibility to carry out the final clean. The final clean can often be arranged for an additional cost. Details available on your travel documents
Deposit
You may be asked to provide a deposit on arrival, often to cover the cleaning costs. This is payable direct to the landlord on arrival. If a deposit is required you will be notified at the time of booking.
Standard
Log cabins across Sweden vary considerably and it is important you read ALL the information regarding your log cabin carefully. They can vary from luxury cabins will all modern conveniences to basic comfortable accommodation deep in the forest.
